In AMF PR doc section 7.1.1 gives the details how to add COMPONENT and CSI in
AMF information model. Steps given in these sections should be translated in
any upgrade campaign.
In case of application also, AMF rejects addition of comp and csi in a single
CCB if application is already up and running which is the case of CLMNA
addition in NoRed SU as other node director components are already up in NoRed
SU.

Opensaf 4.2 Changeset 3796 is running on 4 node SLES11 64bit cluster
Configured the CLMNA component & its csi's in the campaign.xml, triggered the
middleware upgrade to Opensaf 4.4 Changeset 4733.
Opensaf 4.4 rpms are installed on all the nodes, but Upgrade failed as per the
below snippet seen from /var/log/messages:
