In the AMF specification a number of attributes are writeable e.g. in the comp
type. However the implementation does not support changes. This gives an
inflexible middleware where the only way is to upgrade (!) the system to a new
comptype. Another related object is the singleton instance of
SaAmfCompGlobalAttributes and instances of SaAmfHealthcheck and
SaAmfHealthcheckType classes. There might be more but these are related to comp
execution environment and might for example need to be tuned.

One way of supporting this is to make the AMF node director an IMM object
applier for these classes. IMM interfacing could be done in a separate thread
to avoid dead locks etc with IMM. The amfnd data structures also needs to be
prepared for changes of values. For example the health check values are sampled
at start of the health check. It would not matter changing health check in the
internal database. Would have to iterate all components health checks and
changes values.
