AMF logs stuff like:
82 13:30:20 03/11/2011 NO safApp=safAmfService "safSi=SI3,safApp=AmfDemo?
assigned to safSu=SU1,safSg=AmfDemo?,safApp=AmfDemo? HA State UNKNOWN =>
QUIESCED"
83 13:30:20 03/11/2011 NO safApp=safAmfService "safSi=SI4,safApp=AmfDemo?
assigned to safSu=SU1,safSg=AmfDemo?,safApp=AmfDemo? HA State UNKNOWN =>
QUIESCED"
into SAF LOG. The state isn't really unknown. It is just a matter refactoring
the code.
