This could be because of a poor VM. But migrating this for reference.
Quiesced callback timed-out for clm during continuous switchovers in
background, when saClmClusterTrack_4 is invoked.
Procedure:
1)saClmClusterTrack_4 api is called with TRACK_CURRENT.
2)Invoked switchover.
3)saClmClusterTrack_4 api is called with TRACK_CHANGES.
4)Change the node attribute to get a callback.
( changed attribute as saClmNodeDisableReboot to 1 )
