Make sure the oi callback doesn't finish..ie. put a while loop/sleep
This api doesn't return ERR_BUSY

THE REQUEST QUEUED UP FOR MORE THAN 26mins as seen in above log traces
Then it times out.
Here the expectation is to get a ERR_BUSY for AdminOperation api rather than
waiting till time out.
