Opensaf is unable to bring up on payload (PL-3).
Changeset:-4733
Compile the opensaf with the --enable-tipc option, After reinstalling the new
RPMS trying to start the opensaf on the node it is throwing following error in
/var/log/messages

once removed the "rm /var/lib/opensaf/osaf_dtm_intra_server"
opensaf came up successfully.
DTM should take care to verify for this file existence.
