** [tickets:#662] AMF: relax saAmfCtSwBundle initialized requirement**

**Status:** fixed

Requiring comptype to have a bundle value makes it harder to configure an AMF
model for non SMF managed software. For example OCF resource-agents. In
enhancement http://devel.opensaf.org/ticket/2452 it got possible to use
absolute paths for CLC-CLI commands thus removing the need for bundle
references.

So this enhancement propose that when CLC CLI commands are configured with an
absolute path, the bundle requirement is relaxed so that it no longer is
mandatory.
