When SaImmRepositoryInitModeT is changed, it has always triggered a
syslog message from the IMMNDs.
In 4.4 a corresponding syslog message is also generated by the IMMDs.
The standby IMMD generates an incorrect log message that *always*
prints the mode as being KEEP_REPOSITORY.
The bug is trivial, but since the erroneous message at IMMD standby
could cause great confusion for a trouble shooter, I have set severity major.
