In the readme updated as part of ticket 228.
In this part of README
"
When user chooses TIPC as mode of transport, then the address length will be
set to 0 and address family shall contain the default value of
SA_CLM_AF_INET(i.e. AF_INET).
This is done for backward compatibility with pre OpenSAF 4.4 libraries
and also because the CLM spec does not support any value other than
SA_CLM_AF_INET(i.e. AF_INET) and SA_CLM_AF_INET6 (i.e. AF_INET6)."
SA_CLM_AF_INET(6) is referred as equal to as AF_INET(6).This is not correct
while AF_INET and AF_INET6 has values of 2 and 10 respectively as defined by
TCP headers. SA_CLM_AF_INET and SA_CLM_AF_INET6 as defined in CLM spec has
values of 1 and 2 respectively.
