Steps to reproduce:
1. Start demo applications with SG as lock-in.
2. Unlock-in SG and keep sleep of 3 seconds in instantiate script of demo.
3. Unlock SG, Amf allows unlocking the instantiating SUs.
4. Amf says, it has delivered the CSI to component., but actually, it has not
delivered as component is in instantiating state.
