Configuration details:
SI Dependency is configured across the SG. Both the sponsor and dependent SIs
are active on same node. If node lock is performed and quiesced response for
dependent comes first, then AMF will not perform fail-over of dependent.
Instead it deletes both quiesced and standby assignments for the dependent.
Please find attached configurations and traces in 803.tgz to reproduce the
problem.
Steps to reproduce.
1)immcfg -f AppConfig-2N.xml_app1
2)immcfg -f AppConfig-2N.xml_app2
3)immcfg -c SaAmfSIDependency
"safDepend=safSi=AmfDemo_sponsor\,safApp=AmfDemo1\,safSi=AmfDemo_dependent,safApp=AmfDemo2"
-a saAmfToleranceTime=10000000000
4) Unlock-in and Unlock of all the SUs in both the applications.
5) Node lock of the SC-1. Make sure the component having dependent SI assigned
responds first
AMF will delete the dependent SI and when it receives the response sponsor SI
it will failover only sponsor.
