configuration:
SU1 has 3comps all PI comps and SU2 has 2PI comps and 1proxied PI comp
comp3 of SU1 registeres the comp3ofSU2.
1.Here after lock,lock-in of SU1, assignments migrate to active for SU2. After
some time SU2 goes to diabled state due to proxyRegTimeOut.
2. Now unlock-in and Unlock the SU1 and repair the SU2.
No proxied_inst_cbk is invoked in COMP3 of SU1. Thus the SU2's presence state
stucks in INSTANTIATING state.

COMP2 is register the COMP3.
CSITypes are different for 3CSIs
SU1 and SU2 are mapped to PL-3 and PL-4.

and exits.
COMP1 registration timer expires as shown /var/log/messages.
SUFailover is triggered as COMP2 faulted as per recovery.
