Although IMM may be the most urgent interface, this concept could be extended
to a SAF utils C++ library, providing easy-to-use C++ wrappers for other
services as well. I think focus should be on ease of use - the SAF APIs are
notoriously difficult, and I think there is a fundamental problem to achieve
high availability if the application programmers don't even understand how to
use the APIs properly.

OpenSAF needs a new C++ library to interface with IMM. The current C immutils
semantics could be maintained but in a more OO approach.
