Description :
1. PBE enabled cluster with ntfimcn enabled
2. create persistent RTobject, the ntfimcn subscriber will receive the create
callback
3. Delete the persistent RTpbject, the ntfimcn subscriber will not receive
delete callback.
The problem was introduced in the changeset 4599 (#21).
spApplConnPtr will be always "0" so, the delete callback for RT object is not
sent.
