** [tickets:#845] build: Support building outside the source tree directory**

Autotools supports running the configure script in a directory outside the
source tree, so that the object files end up in a separate directory tree.
However, currently "make install" and "make rpm" fail if you have executed the
configure script in some directory other than the top directory of the OpenSAF
source tree. This ticket suggests that the OpenSAF build system should be
updated to support building outside the source tree.
