At one occasion this happened, probably at TIPC overload:
Nov 14 07:04:25 PL-3 osafamfnd[9102]:
'safComp=AMFWDOG,safSu=PL-3,safSg=NoRed,safApp=OpenSAF' faulted due to
'healthCheckcallbackTimeout(6)' : Recovery is 'componentRestart(2)'
Note that also node local sends as in context of saAmfResponse can be rejected
due to overload. This is the node level rejection (see tipc_queue_size &
OVERLOAD_LIMIT_BASE in net/tipc/socket.c) that is checked before socket limits.
AMF watchdog (and other services in opensaf) should handle TRYAGAIN
