For APIs like SectionCreate(), Write(), Unlink()the same issue is observed when
reusing the same checkpoint name, creating -> deleting -> creating. When APIs
are invoked, specifically when 32bit applications are running on 64bit OpenSAF
node the issue is observed very frequently.
