Whenever CLM invokes its tracking callbacks to validate a NODE_LEFT request,
AMFD will get into an infinite loop, its healthcheck will timeout, and the node
will failover and reboot.
There is an infinite loop in clm_node_exit_validate. When looping through the
list of SUs, we never move on to the next SU!
