There is no need/urgency or usecase for this topic yet from any of the active

>From the project standpoint, Admin Ops on middleware SUs as a feature, is

So, both for a tester and the user, testing this on 4.3.x is essentially a
no-op(undefined) from a support perspective.
However, it will be upto the maintainers(whichever service) to see if they want
to push a fix for this topic into older than 4.4.x streams for reasons such as
code maintainability.
