1)OiInit()
2)OiSelectionObjGet()
3)In a thread call OiDispatch_blocking
4)In the main thread now call OiFinalize()
After calling OiFinalize, which is graceful, the dispatch call which is
blocking in thread should be unblocked and should return SA_AIS_OK instead of
ERR_LIB.
