Migrated from AMF Node Switch-Over not correctly performed
AMF does not wait until the faulty component has been "abruptly terminated"
before continuing with the rest of the recovery action. AMF does this in
parallel which I believe is wrong. First the faulty component must be
guaranteed dead.
