configuration: 1App,1SG,1SU,1COMP,1SI,2CSI. Component is NPI ( category 8).
CompType? has osafAmfCtRelPathHcCmd="ip.sh"
and safHealthcheckKey=osafHealthCheck,<comptype> configured.
Scenario: Unlock-in of SU is successful. But Unlock of SU1 returns error as
shown below

You have actually configured two CSIs which again is invalid but amfd does not
detect it and things go bad...
When I removed the second CSI it works:
