Ticket [#191] will add generic support in OpenSAF for DNs longer than 255
bytes. Each individual OpenSAF service will also have to be adapted to support
long DNs. NTF has high priority in particular because of the IMCN feature that
is used for sending notifications when IMM objects change.
This ticket is for adding support in NTF (including the IMCN daemon) for using
either the SaNameT tunneling APIs introduced in ticker [#191], or the new IMM
APIs instroduced in ticket [#643].
