1. During the bringup of SG, if the following commands are invoked
continuously, the component assignments are happening irrespective of component
instantiation
amf-adm unlock-in <SG NAME >
amf-adm unlock <SG NAME >
It seems that unlock-in command is returning SUCCESS, with instantiation in
progress
Further unlock command assigns CSI to components which are still in
instantiating. ( csiass )
If sleep of 2 seconds ( or the time taken to bring up all the components ) is
pushed between unlock-in and unlock commands, assignments are happening to
instantiated components only.
2. In the case of failed si-swap operation, amf-adm command is getting
timed-out.

Please provide a better heading for the issue. What you described has nothing
todo with the amf-adm command.
