SU1 is active, SU2 is standby.
SU1 is mapped to SC-1 and SU2 to SC-2,SU3 to PL-3 and SU4,5 to PL-4

SuFailover=1(True)
Test:
lock of SU1
in the new active csi_set_cbk reject it.
continue this rejection with all the comps in all SUs
unlock Su1
now /etc/init.d/opensafd stop on PL-3 causes PL-3 to reboot with below syslog
/var/log/messages on PL-3
/etc/init.d/opensafd stop
