In dumping resources (in PBE), data are collected, sent as a result, but
allocated memory (rparams) is not freed.

SaImmAdminOperationParamsT_2 ** rparams;<br/>
rparams = (SaImmAdminOperationParamsT_2 **) realloc(NULL,
sizeof(SaImmAdminOperationParamsT_2 *));
</p>
