SMFD by default runs as opensaf/opensaf. One task of SMFD is to disable/enable
PBE by writing to the attribute saImmRepositoryInit during upgrades. Another
task will be to enable long DN support as part of an upgrade campaign.
Both these tasks will fail since SMFD is not root.
It is proposed to allow processes in the same group as immnd to modify the
service objects (but not access control related attributes).
