** [tickets:#1124] imm: SA_ENABLE_EXTENDED_NAMES should always be set in
adapted services**
**Status:** review

The environment variable SA_ENABLE_EXTENDED_NAMES is intended as an indication
showing that the binary has been adapted to support the new extended SaNameT
format. It is not intended to be used as a runtime configuration that can be
turned on or off.
Currently, the SA_ENABLE_EXTENDED_NAMES is present in the configuration files
of some adapted services. This should be removed from the configuration file
and instead the variable should be set in main().
