If specifying the saAmfSIProtectedbySG the value of SG belonging to the other
application (incidentally), the model is loaded without error, but then the
SU-SI assignment is failed

EX:
Adding safSi=AmfDemo1,safApp=AmfDemo2 but saAmfSIProtectedbySG is
safSg=AmfDemoNWayA,safApp=AmfDemo1 which had been created before

        <object class="SaAmfSI">
                <dn>safSi=AmfDemo1,safApp=AmfDemo2</dn>
                <attr>
                        <name>saAmfSvcType</name>
                        <value>safVersion=1,safSvcType=AmfDemo2</value>
                </attr>
                <attr>
                        <name>saAmfSIProtectedbySG</name>
                        <value>safSg=AmfDemoNWayA,safApp=AmfDemo1</value>
                </attr>
                <attr>
                        <name>saAmfSIPrefActiveAssignments</name>
                        <value>2</value>
                </attr>
                <attr>
                        <name>saAmfSIPrefStandbyAssignments</name>
                        <value>0</value>
                </attr>
                <attr>
                        <name>saAmfSIRank</name>
                        <value>3</value>
                </attr>
        </object>

Checking value of saAmfSIProtectedbySG should be improved so that CCB is
aborted
