Perform SI swap on 2n demo.
1. Respond Act to Quisced immediately.
2. Delay Standby to Act assignment so that Health check Time out happens and
component failover is escalated.
3. Respond Quisced to Standby with some delay.
The SU which is going to Standby gets the following error:
