Standby controller amfd craches in combination of cold sync and ccb operation:
Nov 11 14:19:04 PM_SC-2 osafamfd[14971]: ER avd_ckpt_app failed to find
'safApp=AmfDemo1'
Nov 11 14:19:04 PM_SC-2 osafamfd[14971]: ckpt_dec.cc:2358: dec_cs_app_config:
Assertion 'status == NCSCC_RC_SUCCESS' failed.
This happens when immnd delays ccb apply callback on standby amfd and Act amfd
sends cold sync message to it. Hardly reproducible.
