scenario:
Attached is the configuration file. Bring up the configuration.
Now in a loop perform unlock-in and unlock of the SUs as
sleep 3
echo "Unlocking"
adminOperation "SU" "4" —> unlock-in
sleep 5
adminOperation <SU> "1" —> unlock using amf-adm utility
Though there is sufficient time gap b/w adminOps, the Nway model returns
ERR_TRY_AGAIN
