Opensaf is up and running on a three node cluster, SC-1, SC-2 and PL-3
An AMF App is created runtime using the attached configuration script. The
script creates the required entities and types with only mandatory parameters.
Perform unlock-in and unlock of both the SUs.
The components get instantiated and the SI gets FULLY ASSIGNED.
Now locking the SI causes both the components to terminate and SU to become
disabled.
