The OI callback:
SaImmOiAdminOperationCallbackT_2
and the OM callback:
SaImmOmAdminOperationInvokeCallbackT_o2
both have a SaImmAdminOperationParamsT_2 argument.
The params transferred to the OI or replied to the OM may contain SaNameT
values.
If long DNs is supported and enabled for IMM in the system, yet the OM/OI client
is not capable of handling long DNs, then such a callback must not reach the
client.
