Some sections like <amfEntityTypes> requires at least one item inside is
defined.
To simplify generation of valid campaigns the cardinality of such sections
shall be changed from 1..* to 0..* (i.e. allow them to be empty). The smfd
parser must be checked/changed accordingly.
