Analysis:
All SUs except SU1 have three components. Although SU1 has one component,
configuration allows two csis from same SI to be assigned to the same component.
In this way from assignment perspective all csis in all SIs are assigned.
When lock operation is issued, quiesced assignments were completed
successfully. During SU2 going to active, component fault leads to component
fail-over(sufailover in old release). Because of this AMFD issued su level
deletion to both SU2 and SU1.
SU2 AMFND responded back to AMFD for removal. But SU1 could not respond to AMFD
for SU1 because of #233.
Since #233 is fixed and pushed in all the branches, this ticket is no longer
valid.
Please find attached 11.tgz which contains configuration, AMFD traces and AMFND
traces after successful validation.
