Right now C++ users of immutil (amfd/amfnd) have to cast parameters when using
for example immutil_getAttr since otherwise the C++ compiler will be upset. By
changing the type in immutils to what it really is, these casts can be removed
making more readable code.
First ones to be changed:
immutil_getAttrValuesNumber
immutil_getAttr
immutil_saImmOiClassImplementerSet
immutil_saImmOiClassImplementerRelease
