Cluster has 2 payloads, with 3 application SUs on each node.
 Applications are modelled in nway redundancy. 
When the clm node lock is done on that payload ,all the components on that 
payload got terminated but after unlock of the same is done components did not 
come up. 
Components came up only after that payload is rebooted.
Amfnd traces on payload are attached.
