1. create class name, class1
2. implementer for the class name
3. create object for the classname
4. in create callback of implementer, delay the reply so that implementer will
timeout
5. Delete class name, class1
6. create class name, class2
IMMND will restart, becuase of miss match of continuation ID
osafimmnd[8770]: ImmModel.cc:14896: pbeClassCreateContinuation: Assertion
'oMut->mOpType == IMM_CREATE_CLASS' failed.
