Problem description.-
=====================
Lock of SU1 was failing with error "error - command timed out (alarm)"

SLES-64BIT-SLOT3:/opt/goahead/tetware/opensaffire/suites/avsv/common # amf-adm
lock safSu=d_2n_1,safSg=SG_d_2n,safApp=2nApp
error - command timed out (alarm)

Steps followed.-
=====================
Configured 2N model runtime with below configuration:-
1) 2 SUs in lock-instantiation state and SU1 to be spawned on PL-3 and SU2 on
SC-1. Each SU was having one PI and one NPI component.
2) successfully unlock-in and unlock of SU1
3) now tried to lock SU1 which hung and finally came out with timeout

Please note, it was observed that component in use was giving the response on
time.
