A new option that makes it possible to create a notification with additional
info is added.
See [#1254]. This ticket is valid when [#1254] has status fixed
-i <Id>,<type (SaNtfValueTypeT)="">,<value>
Limitations:
- The option can be used once only (additional info can have only one value)
- Only type SA_NTF_VALUE_STRING (11) is supported
