Created a nodegroup with PL-3, PL-4.
*Issue* : CSI assignments for the applications not received after fault during
ADMIN lock of node group
*Steps performed* :
-> SC-2 is the initial active controller and SC-1 is the standby controller.
Controller Switchover had been performed.
-> Before locking node group, ensure that the component for the SI3 assignment
times out during quiesced assignment.
-> Perform lock operation on the node group. The lock operation succeeded
after the recovery process.
Components have been instantiated, with auto repair set to True.
Mar 24 12:23:03 SYSTEST-PLD-1 osafamfnd[5029]: NO
'safComp=COMP3,safSu=SU1,safSg=SG,safApp=test2nApp' faulted due to
'csiSetcallbackFailed' : Recovery is 'suFailover'
-> Now unlock operation on the Node group did not result in assignments for
the components.
It is observed that SU are marked as OUT_OF_SERVICE, even if the node / SG /
Nodegroup are in unlocked state.
