The */etc/opensaf/dtmd.conf* refer to a README file that does not exist in the
source tree.
# Following configuration is only valid when MDS transport is chosen as TCP.
# This file contains configuration for the DTM service
# See the file osaf/services/infrastructure/dtm/README for more
configuration options.
The directory structure is instead
*osaf/services/infrastructure/dtms/dtm/*
But there is no README file.
