Steps to reproduce
------------------
Change the saLogStreamFileName attribute by following command:
# immcfg -a saLogStreamFileName="saLogAlarm_test_1st"
safLgStrCfg=saLogAlarm,safApp=safLogService
Observed behaviour
------------------
LOG server fails to rename configuration (cfg) file.
Expected behaviour
------------------
LOG server should rename the old configuration file, then creating new one
(e.g: saLogAlarm_test_1st.cfg) as well as the stream log file (e.g:
aLogAlarm_test_1st_20150423_111434.log)
