Issue : Unlock of node group should update node admin state, if it is only
locked state.
Below are the following imm commands to reproduce :
immcfg -c SaAmfNodeGroup safAmfNodeGroup=TestNG,safAmfCluster=myAmfCluster -a
saAmfNGNodeList=safAmfNode=PL-4,safAmfCluster=myAmfCluster -a
saAmfNGAdminState=2
immcfg -a saAmfNGNodeList+=safAmfNode=PL-3,safAmfCluster=myAmfCluster
safAmfNodeGroup=TestNG,safAmfCluster=myAmfCluster
amf-adm lock safAmfNode=PL-3,safAmfCluster=myAmfCluster
amf-adm lock-in safAmfNode=PL-3,safAmfCluster=myAmfCluster
amf-adm unlock safAmfNodeGroup=TestNG,safAmfCluster=myAmfCluster
-> Similar is for lock operation.
