The immcfg tool currently does not support the ccb operation sequence where an
object is created followed by a modification of that object in the ccb.
The sequence of create followed by modify is allowed in the IMM API and is a
natural, somtimes even necesary, operation sequence to create a first version
of an object in one CCB.
