Setup: SLES11 64bit PC setup.

Scenario:
While bringing up the configuration of SU's for SI-Equal Distribution, observed
the below messages in /var/log/messages:
/var/log/messages keeps printing the error "Screening for SI transfer FAILED"
during unlock-instantiation to unlock operation.
However the SUSI assignments are proper and equally distributed.
