Turn on SC-1 only and create a simple no-dangling reference
# immcfg -c TestClass testClass=1
# immcfg -c TestClass -a dep=testClass=1 testClass=2
Now turn on SC-2. sReverseRefsNoDanglingMMap of IMMND on SC-2 was empty.
Just turn off SC-1 and testClass=1 can be deleted.
