If a non SA aware component has configured a healthcheck command in the
comptype but has not configured a healthcheck object this happens when the SU
is locked.

Reason is a combination of bad error handling in amfnd and not so strict error
handling in leap double linked list. avnd_comp_hc_rec_add() fails and calls to
unlink the rec from the list. Since the rec has never been added this just
decrements the n_nodes counter to -1. This check later fails as can be seen in
the assert.
