If opensaf is brought up with opensaf user and the application is running as
root user/another user, message queue open fails with ERR_NO_RESOURCES.
Following is the output:
tet@SLES-SLOT2:/opt/goahead/tetware/opensaffire/bin64/perf> whoami
tet
tet@SLES-SLOT2:/opt/goahead/tetware/opensaffire/bin64/perf> ./mqsvPerf1 -Send
-s 64 -n 3000

MQSV:MQA:ONFailed to open the msgQueue 18
Successfully finalize the service
SLES-SLOT2:/opt/goahead/tetware/opensaffire/bin64/perf # whoami
root
SLES-SLOT2:/opt/goahead/tetware/opensaffire/bin64/perf # ./mqsvPerf1 -Send -s
64 -n 3000
